Bidwave's reviews live on Trustpilot. Anyone who has bought can write one and Bidwave cannot edit or remove it. If you have bought from us, your review is the most useful thing you can give the next buyer — good or bad.
The company
Bidwave Limited, registered with the RAK International Corporate Centre, no. ICC20250637. Support: support@bidwave.events. Bidwave is a resale marketplace, not the primary seller: prices are set by sellers and the market and may be above or below face value, and they are all-in: no booking, service or delivery fee is added at checkout.
The guarantee

- Is Bidwave legit?
- Bidwave is operated by Bidwave Limited, registered with the RAK International Corporate Centre (no. ICC20250637). Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are all-in, and the total shown on the payment page is the total charged, with no fees added at checkout. Every order is covered by the Bidwave Guarantee: tickets delivered before doors and valid for entry, or a full refund.
- Where can I read independent reviews?
- On Trustpilot, which Bidwave does not control: anyone who has bought can write one, and we cannot remove it.
- What happens if my ticket does not work at the door?
- You are refunded in full under the guarantee. Tell support the same night with your order number.
- Who are the sellers?
- Bidwave itself for most listings (tickets we hold), and individual sellers for the rest. A listing marked 'Sold by Bidwave' is ours; every seller listing is checked by a person on our team before it goes live, and the seller is paid only after the event, into a bank account in their own name.
