How do I buy tickets?+
Open any event, choose your quantity, and either tap Buy now for an instant purchase at a fixed price, or place a bid in the live auction. Buy now holds your tickets for 10 minutes while you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The price on the card is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout.
How does bidding work?+
Every listing runs a live auction with a countdown. Place a bid at or above the minimum; if someone bids higher you'll be notified so you can raise it. When the clock hits zero, the highest bidder wins and completes payment. Bids are binding — only bid what you're happy to pay.
How and when do I get my tickets?+
Tickets are delivered before doors — usually 24–72 hours before the event by mobile transfer or e-ticket, and immediately for some listings. You'll get an email the moment they're sent. Delivered before doors, or every cent back — that's the guarantee.
What's your refund policy?+
You're fully refunded if your tickets aren't delivered in time, if the event is cancelled, or if the tickets don't get you in. If an event is rescheduled your tickets stay valid for the new date. Full details are on our Refund policy page.
Are there any fees?+
For buyers, no. The price shown on each listing is the total you pay — all-in, in euros, nothing added at checkout. Sellers pay a small commission on completed sales.
How do I sell my tickets?+
Tap Sell in the top menu. You choose the event, quantity, how they can be sold (all together or split), and your price. Every listing is verified before it goes live so buyers can trust it. You're paid 5–8 business days after the event takes place.
Is Bidwave safe? Are the tickets real?+
Yes. Every listing is checked by our systems and reviewed before going live, payments are processed securely, and every order is covered by our delivery guarantee — you're refunded in full if anything goes wrong. Bidwave is an independent secondary marketplace.
How do I pay?+
When you win an auction or buy now, you're taken to a secure checkout that accepts card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay. Your tickets are held while you complete payment.
How do I track my bids and orders?+
Everything lives under My tickets and Market → Transfer targets: your orders, the listings you're bidding on or following (green when you lead, amber when outbid), and your own listings under Transfer list.
What does connecting Spotify do?+
Connecting Spotify lets Bidwave follow the artists you actually listen to, so you get an alert the moment their tickets go live. It's read-only — we never post anything.
