Terms of service

Bidwave Limited, registered with the RAK International Corporate Centre under number ICC20250637. “We” and “us” mean that company.

We sell tickets to live events on the secondary market. We are not the event organiser, promoter or venue, and we are not affiliated with them. Tickets are sold as complete lots at the quantity stated on the listing and cannot be split.

All prices are in euro and are inclusive. We add no booking fee, service charge or delivery fee at checkout. Resale prices may be above or below the original face value.

Selecting buy now creates a binding order for the whole lot at the stated price. Lots are sold to whoever commits first; if two orders arrive together, the later one is rejected and nothing is charged.

A bid is an offer to buy the entire lot at that price per ticket, and it is binding for as long as it stands. Bids cannot be withdrawn. The highest bid when the clock reaches zero wins and becomes an order.

We may cancel an auction and refund all bidders where a listing contained a material error, or where we can no longer source the tickets. We will not cancel an auction because the final price was lower than we hoped.

Delivery method and expected timing are stated on each listing. Many resale tickets are released by the event organiser only close to the event date, and that timing is set by the organiser rather than by us. We deliver to the contact details on your account, so keep them accurate.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, for bidding without intent to pay, or for automated access to the site.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs you incur around an event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.

Ticket resale is regulated differently in different countries, and some events restrict transfer. Where resale of a particular ticket is restricted, we will not list it. You are responsible for complying with the venue's entry conditions.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
