How do I know if my tickets are real?
Every ticket listed on Bidwave has been uploaded and verified before it was ever shown to you. Our TicketDNA system reads the ticket file, decodes and registers its barcodes so the same ticket can never be sold twice, checks the event details against the listing, and flags any file that has been altered. A member of our team then reviews it before it goes live. Because most tickets on Bidwave are resale tickets, the name printed on the ticket and the original face value may differ from your order — this is normal for resale and does not affect entry. If a ticket supplied through Bidwave is ever refused at the door, you are refunded in full.
Is Bidwave a reliable ticket marketplace?
Yes. Bidwave is operated by Bidwave Limited, a registered company (RAK International Corporate Centre, no. ICC20250637), built by a team that has fulfilled ticket orders for sold-out events across 14 European countries. Unlike open marketplaces, no listing appears on Bidwave until the ticket has been verified, sellers are identity-checked, and seller payouts are released only after the event has taken place. Every order is covered by this Guarantee.
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us as soon as you notice anything — on WhatsApp or by email, with your order number. We first look for comparable or better replacement tickets. If we cannot provide them in time, you receive a full refund to your original payment method, issued within 5 business days.
What if the event is cancelled?
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you choose: a full cash refund, or Bidwave credit worth 110% of what you paid, valid for any future order. If the event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date, or you may take the refund.
