Buyer protection

• Delivered before doors. Your tickets arrive before the event starts — or you receive a full refund.
• Valid at the door. If a ticket supplied through Bidwave is refused at entry, you are refunded in full.
• Protected against cancellation. Cancelled events are refunded. Rescheduled events carry over — or you choose the refund.
• The price is final. The amount shown is the amount charged. No fees are added at checkout and nothing changes after you commit.
• Exactly as listed. If tickets differ materially from the listing, you decide between a partial refund and a full return.

Protection on Bidwave is built into how the marketplace operates, not added as a promise afterwards.

• Verified before it is visible. No listing appears on Bidwave until the ticket file itself has been uploaded and passed TicketDNA verification and human review. Speculative listings — tickets a seller does not yet hold — cannot exist here.
• Verified sellers, paid after the event. Third-party sellers are identity-verified, and their payout is released only 5–8 business days after the event has taken place. A seller is paid when you have been let in — not before.
• Official inventory. Listings marked Sold by Bidwave · Official seller are sourced, held and delivered by Bidwave Limited directly, with a registered company accountable for every order.
• One point of contact. Whoever the seller is, your order, your receipt and your guarantee are with Bidwave. You never chase a third party.

Tickets are delivered to the email address on your account, and mobile transfers rely on that address being correct. Please confirm it before paying; it is the one detail we cannot correct for you after delivery has been sent. If anything at all is unclear, our team is available on WhatsApp and email before, during and after the event.
